1. Processing & Delivery

Orders placed via WhatsApp are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be communicated during order confirmation.

2. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer details provided during WhatsApp checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking information or status updates will be provided directly via WhatsApp chat.

4. Returns & Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or non-functional, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or video proof via WhatsApp for a replacement or resolution.
